After four issues of unlikely partners Duke and Cobra Commander being forced to work together to outrun and outwit a vengeful band of grape soda-obsessed rednecks, the Dreadnok War finally reaches its explosive conclusion! 

This is perhaps a different kind of evaluation of 2000 AD, the towering institutional edifice at the center of British comics, than you might usually find, because this is the first issue, or prog, I've ever read!

The name of this series truly says it all, you get byte sized stories of terror. We as a society are inching so close to being unable to function without technology. Every day we are closer to the society depicted in Wall-E, but what if we allow that technology to determine our guilt.

This will be the first of a series of days as I will walk you through some of the games that I played, my thoughts on them, and the overall excitement that I had throughout all three days I was in Philly for PAX Unplugged. I read a lot of comics at my desk. My kids pass by constantly, used to seeing their dad buried in panels and speech bubbles. But while reading this first issue, something new happened. My youngest daughter, six years old and usually far more interested in K-pop demon hunters than indie sci-fi, stopped, stared at the page, and said, “Wow. What is that?” She sat beside me and wanted to see more.
