PLANET OF THE APES SOLO RULES

WRITTEN BY ANDREW E.C. GASKA, E.L. THOMAS, JOHN WICK

ART BY CHRIS SCALF, CHANDRA FREE, RUNA I. ROSENBERGER

The Solo Play Rulebook includes everything needed to create single-player RPG adventures on the Planet of the Apes! The book features design tools and guides to empower both new and experienced gamers to modify existing multicharacter scenarios for individual play and craft all-new solo epics utilizing an ingenious mix of oracles, emulator tables, and quick-reference charts. These resources can also be used by Lawgivers to quickly forge plots and conflicts for their player groups, ideal for when they don’t have a lot of preparation time to stage a game. Each of the three complete adventures included in the book embodies a different play style, from murder mystery narratives with set paths to randomized, improv-powered stories created on the fly with dice and encounter tables. This book requires the Role-Playing Game of the Planet of the Apes Core Rulebook for play.

PEACEFUL REMISSION HC

WRITTEN BY JONATHAN DJOB NKONDO

ART BY JONATHAN DJOB NKONDO

Set in a sleek satellite home orbiting Earth, Peaceful Remission follows elderly couple Marlène and Jerry Nomo, whose quiet life is disrupted by a mysterious nighttime rumble. But the real tension lies not in the noise but in Marlène’s simmering frustration with Jerry’s passivity. The incident becomes a catalyst for emotional confrontation, revealing the cracks in their long-standing relationship. When Jerry’s obsession with a recent discovery leaves Marlene responsible for his health and well-being, their seemingly ordinary tasks—shopping, driving, caregiving—are refracted through a surreal, futuristic lens, emphasizing the emotional weight of routine and the quiet heroism of unspoken love.

Encapsulating themes of conjugal fatigue, silent devotion, and the illusion of tranquility, this surreal, contemplative work is told through clean, futuristic interiors contrasted with intimate character framing. In this fragmented yet lyrical tale that alternates between dialogue and silent observation, Jonathan Nkondo uses the sterile calm of space as a metaphor for emotional distance, crafting a story that feels both timeless and eerily current.

SILENT JENNY HC

WRITTEN BY MATHIEU BABLET

ART BY MATHIEU BABLET

In a not-too-distant future, climate change continues to ravage the planet, and the disappearance of insects has led to the end of pollination, rendering vast areas of land infertile. A survival dynamic has emerged—mobile islands called "monads" have formed, and people strive to help each other; each group with its own customs, traditions, and ways of life.

Jenny is a rather solitary researcher trying to restore the world as it once was. She seeks to recover bee DNA to clone and re-create pollinating insects. However, she will come to realize that this is impossible—the old world no longer exists, and a new one must be built. She will understand that instead of looking to the past, she must work collectively with other monad tribes, prioritizing mutual aid and collaboration.

Created by multiple-award-winning comics wunderkind Mathieu Bablet, SILENT JENNY is, at its heart, a "world-building book"— inventing vehicles, character factions, landscapes, and crafting this universe down to the smallest detail to make it as tangible as possible. An optimistic story that presents solutions to climate change—no eco-anxiety, just hope and innovation.

WRITTEN BY JONATHAN DJOB NKONDO

ART BY JONATHAN DJOB NKONDO

Set in a world where the surface has become a vast, arid desert dotted with strange geometric creatures and billabongs, Wandering imagines a society that has retreated underground. Beneath the scorched crust, life continues in sprawling subterranean complexes—theaters, malls, food courts, and highway interchanges—forming a claustrophobic echo of the world above.

Graphic novelist Jonathan Nkondo weaves a visionary story following the wandering paths of two men, each shaped by their respective environments—one in the arid wastelands above, and one in the urban sprawl below the surface. Though they never meet, their lives mirror and resonate with each other, creating a haunting sense of synchronicity and missed connection.

Themes of alienation, routine, freedom, and the trappings of modern life turn this textless, nonlinear, and atmospheric graphic novel into an unsettling contemplation of the trappings we chose to surround ourselves with.

In 2132, Life on Earth has reached the limits of sustainability. Colonizing Mars has become our only option, and the construction of such a significant enterprise has required massive resources and manpower. The most cost-efficient solution to this requirement is conscripted labor provided by convicted felons – early access to humanity’s future homeworld, but in exchange for the back-breaking and perilous work of constructing the damn thing.

Officer Jasmine Stenford is sent to Mars and sentenced to conscripted labor for a wrongful death committed on her watch. With little defense against the corruption on Earth, she has no idea what sort of nightmare awaits her on the red planet... Brilliantly visualized by artist Grun, this explosive sci-fi prison drama by writer Sylvain Runberg introduces Jasmine to a broad spectrum of characters, factions, and political players who all have different ideas for this New World that is being built. Who is really in control? And can anyone truly claim a planet on the verge of forced evolution? ON MARS imagines a future where the true natures of mankind prove to be inescapable, no matter how far you travel.

URBANCE

WRITTEN BY JOEL DOS REIS VIEGAS

ART BY JOEL DOS REIS VIEGAS

In far-future Neopolis, a virus has affected the entire population from birth. All sexual relations between genders are strictly forbidden, as they are absolutely fatal. Raised to hate the opposite sex, boys and girls live in a city separated by a wall. But the appearance of N-Dorphin, a revolutionary drug, disrupts the status quo. Kenzell and Lesya, two dissidents of opposite sexes, find themselves embroiled in a merciless clan war and will have to face a reality beyond their control . . .

At the crossroads of genres, blending numerous graphic and scriptwriting influences, this sci-fi adventure by animation director Joël Dos Reis Viegas paints a picture of a society on the verge of implosion, haunted by death, structured by fear, indoctrination, and the deprivation of the most fundamental freedom: the freedom to love who you choose. The full story that originated as a (successfully Kickstarted) animation pilot designed and directed by the author. This four-volume series completes the narrative arc of the originally proposed animated series.

Liberty is a sweeping historical graphic novel by Jordan Mechner that dramatizes the true story of the covert French operation to aid the American Revolution, blending espionage, diplomacy, and revolutionary fervor.

Set in 1776, Liberty follows the daring exploits of Pierre-Augustin Caron de Beaumarchais, a flamboyant French playwright turned secret agent. While an outnumbered American rebel army struggles to defend New York against British forces, Beaumarchais orchestrates a clandestine mission from Europe to funnel weapons and support to the colonists. His efforts—fraught with political intrigue, betrayal, and high-stakes diplomacy—reveal a hidden chapter of history where art, ambition, and revolution collide. This story is especially poignant and relevant as America celebrates its 250th year of independence, due in no small part to the events depicted in this book.
