It's a slow news week when I am stuck covering movie news, but let's start with Sony Pictures and Tom King, Elsa Charretier and Image Comics have announced a film adaption of the comic Love Everlasting.

Still too early for release date information. Stay tuned to see if that ever gets announced.

The 1999 indie classic The Tellos Saga is coming to be reprinted by Image Comics. Legendary artist Mike Wieringo and writer Todd Dezago created a fantasy epic that could well be beloved today. I can't give you any details on the story as the press release didn't include any details. But kids and talking tigers look cool.

No detail in the release of when it will be in shops. Maybe it is out now?

Now we are talking! New Hellboy and the BPRD. This one-shot teams Mike Mignola with artist Giuseppe Manunta to tell the story of a missing antiquities professor. The story was originally told in prose form for Weird Tales #367 and for the first time there will be visuals for the tale!

Look for it August 27th.

You know I am a huge supporter of an new comic of comic powerhouse Simon Roy. And he has a doozy of a new offering. A Star Called The Sun is a hardcover collection of short stories the creator did between 2017 and 2024. This is his love letter to sci-fi pulp tales he says he is obsessed with.

You know its already hyper funded but you can still get yours for the next 29 days.

Last but not least, one of my favorite artists Mivera Fox is working with writer Chris Solis to do The Order of the Nun-Ya! Long into the future, some aliens found a photo from Earth that inspired a new way of life. This began the order of brave warrior nuns that protect the galaxy but are missing all the religious connotations.

With 3 Days remaining, these creators could use a massive hand in helping cross their finish line! Can we spread the word???
